1. How do I track an order?
When you place an order, you will receive an email with your order tracking link.
We use DHL to deliver all orders and you can track your order - almost to the minute via tracking link that will be sent to your e-mail.
2. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

A few things to note:
- We only accept returns/exchanges purchased through www.Vanillashanti.com
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn with stickers intact and tags attached in order to be accepted.
- If the order is less than 100 EUR, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight and associated shipping charges to return/exchange the item.
- In the case that item(s) is greater than 110 EUR, Vanilla Shanti will reimburse return/exchange shipping costs up to 20 EUR.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale or promotional items unless the item is deemed faulty.

- Unfortunately, we are unable to give refunds on sale or promotional items unless the item is deemed faulty.
How to return/exchange/get refunded on an item
- Request a return/exchange/refund within 7 days of receiving your order by filling out the form at the bottom of the contact us page.
- Once the return/exchange/refund request has been approved, you will receive an email informing you of the return shipping address and request you to provide the refund information, if not available via our payment system provider.
- Item(s) are to be sent back to the Vanilla Shanti Logistics center via a reputable postage service with tracking as Vanilla Shanti is not liable for any lost returned items.
- All item(s) assessed by Vanilla Shanti before your return is approved and an exchange or refund is processed.
4. What happens if my order arrives late?
Our delivery times are only estimates.
We use a partner DHL.
Our partners are working hard to deliver your order as fast as possible.
You can always turn to our partners directly to ask about your order.
Your order tracking number is sent to your e-mail.
We do not give a refund if order arrive late.
5. Do you offer faster shipping options?
We only offer one shipping option which is free international shipping for all orders.
- All order inside the EU/Europe should arrive in 10 days.
- Orders outside the EU should arrive in 15 days.
These times are only estimates provided by our partner: DHL.
You can track your order through your order tracking number which is provided via e-mail when you have made your order.

6. How do you handle orders that go through customs?
Vanilla Shanti is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.
Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information you will have to contact your local customs office.
Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
